I wanted to thank you for doing such a great job with my tooth implant. The implant itself was one of the easiest dental procedures I have ever experienced. It’s so nice to be able to floss without all the bridge work, threading the floss, etc. I have to admit being really apprehensive prior to the surgery, however you were gentle, patient, and assured me that you would proceed at a comfortable pace for me.

When I called your office initially I explained to Fran my concerns, especially with the molds required for almost any dental procedure, and having a gagging, clastrophobic reaction to them. I was ready to forego all future dental work (crowns, etc), if molds were required. Fran took my concerns seriously, and when she filled the mold, and placed it in my mouth I could not believe how easy the experience was. The taste was not bad, the mold was not overfilled, and the consistency was actually, dare I say, pleasant.
